目的語が人称代名詞の場合は、
動詞と副詞の間に置くということです。
例文：

目的語が人称代名詞でなければ、
動詞の後でも、
副詞の後でも、
どちらに置いても構いません。
例文：
I brought up my aunt’s child.
I brought my aunt’s child up.
