・I usually go to school at seven.
（私はたいてい７時に学校に行きます。）
・Let's meet at eleven.
（１１時に会いましょう。）
・There is a meeting at 5 p.m.
（午後５時に会議があります。）
start at
start at を使って「〜時から始まる」の意味を表すことがあります。
この場合、from を使わないようにして下さい。
・○ The English class starts at ten.
・× The English class starts from ten.
（英語の授業は１０時から始まります。）
また、「〜時に終わる」の意味を表すには end を使います。
・The English class ends at eleven.
（英語の授業は１１時に終わります。）
at the beginning of〜
（〜の最初）
・Please pay a tuition fee into the account at the beginning of the month.
（月の最初に月謝を振り込んで下さい。）
・I'm going Hawaii at the beginning of next month.
（来月の頭にハワイに行きます。）
・We'll take part in a concert at the beginning of October.
（１０月の最初に音楽会に参加します。）
・I'm given New Year's gifts at the beginning of the year.
（私は年初めにお年玉をもらいます。）
・I have to make a speech at the beginning of Takashi's wedding reception.
（私はタカシの結婚披露宴の最初にスピーチをしなければなりません。）
at the end of 〜
（〜の最後）
・This company pays at the end of the month.
（この会社は月末に給料を支払います。）
・He took an entrance exam at the end of last month.
（彼は先月の終わりに入試を受けた。）
・I have three consecutive holidays at the end of November.
（私は１１月の終わりに三連休があります。）
・She had a baby boy at the end of the year.
（彼女は年末に男の子を産んだ。）
・You'll have three tests at the end of this term.
（今学期末のテストは３つです。）
・I heard the news at breakfast.
（私は朝食時にその知らせを聞いた。）
・An earthquake occurred at lunch.
（昼食時に地震があった。）
・He called on me at dinner.
（彼は夕食時に私を訪ねてきた。）
※食事の内容を表す場合は for を使います。
・I always eat miso soup for breakfast.
（いつも朝食にみそ汁を食べる。）

（昼食は何がいい？）
・I ate sukiyaki for dinner yesterday.
（昨日の夕食にすき焼きを食べました。）
・He's going to come back at noon.

（そのテレビ番組は夜の１２時に始まります。）
※night（夜）を使った at night（夜に）という表現もよく見ます。
・I had a call from John at night.
（夜にジョンから電話があった。）
at the moment
（今：まさにその時）
・I'm sorry I can't help you at the moment.
（すみません、今はお手伝いできません。）
・An idea struck me at the moment.
（まさにその時アイデアが浮かんだ。）
