例文：
He opened the window and he saw two cars crushed.
→Opening the window, he saw two cars crushed.
（窓を開けると、彼は２台の車がぶつかるのを見た。）
例文：
She was tolerant, so she had many friends.
→She was tolerant enough to have many friends.
（彼女は寛容だったので、たくさん友達がいた。）
・so that can't構文→too to
・so that 構文→enough to
に、それぞれ書き換えます。
例文：
He felt so sick that he couldn’t go picnic.
→He felt too sick to go picnic.
（彼はとても気分が悪かったので、ピクニックに行けなかった。）
She was so intelligent that she could pass the exam.
→She was intelligent enough to pass the exam.
（彼女はとても賢かったので、その試験に合格することができた。）
so that may(can)構文→so as to
に書き換えます。
so as toはin order toでも可能です。
例文：
He practiced so that he might paint pictures well.
→He practiced in order to paint pictures well.
（彼は上手に絵が描けるように練習した。）
例文：
I did not go skiing, but I went to the movie theater.
→Instead of going skiing, I went to the movie theater.
（スキーに行く代わりに、映画館に行った。）
