A: やあ、タカシ。その帽子よく似合ってるね。
B: ありがとう、コウジ。昨日買ったんだ。
A: マフラーも帽子に合ってるよ。
A look(s) good on you.
意味：「Aがよく似合う。」
服装をほめるときに使う表現です。また、>> 感嘆文 を使ってほめる場合もあります。
A go(es) well with B too.
意味：「AもBによく合う。」
服装の組み合わせをほめるときに使う表現です。
２．行為など
A: Mr. Kenta, how was my biology test?
B: You have done well.
A: ケンタ先生、私の生物テストはどうでしたか？
B: よく出来ていたよ。
You have done well.
意味：「よくできた。」
一般的に使われるほめる表現です。もっとくだけた言い方に次のようなものがあります。
・Well done!（よくやった！）
